CCTTA Referral Program Plan (2026)

1. Program Overview

Existing Member (Referrer):

Receives 20% of the annual membership fee as credit for each successful referral

Credit Usage:

Valid for next-year annual membership only

Not transferable and not redeemable for cash

2. Tiered Referral Incentive

To encourage more referrals, credits accumulate based on the number of successful referrals:

1 referral = 20% credit

2 referrals = 40% credit

3 referrals = 60% credit

4 referrals = 80% credit

5 referrals = 100% credit

Maximum credit can accumulate up to 100% of the annual membership fee

Example:

If a member refers 5 new members, they will receive 100% credit

This structure rewards highly engaged members and encourages continuous referrals

3. Eligibility Rules

Referrer (Existing Member):

Must be an active annual member

Referral must be a new member (no prior membership record)

Referee (New Member):

Must purchase a full annual membership

Must provide the referrer’s name at the time of sign-up

4. Process Flow

Step 1: Referral Submission

New member provides the referrer’s full name or member ID at front desk signup

Step 2: Verification

Staff confirms the referrer is active and the new member is not already in the system

Step 3: Credit Tracking

Staff records both members in a tracking file, including:

Referrer name

New member name

Membership purchase date

Credit amount

Redemption year

Step 4: Credit Issuance

Credits are recorded immediately and accumulated toward the next renewal
